Diagonal Door

This series is manufactured using a chipboard board and two MDF boards, fixed in cold presses. Everything together is fenced around its entire perimeter with a solid wood edge and passes through the numerical control pantograph where the channels are milled and the wooden slats are inserted, in the case of a solid channel. Calibrated to obtain a perfect flat surface and veneered on both sides.
 
Once veneered, the doors return to the pantograph, where the corresponding model is milled. They are profiled to fit exact measurements and prepared to apply anchoring, sanding and subsequent varnishing and ultraviolet drying. This process is completed when the aluminum strips are placed.
 
Each door is packed with protective cartons and stretchable plastic. Hotel, entrance, and technical doors are available in this series.
